Building Through Uncertainty
Richard Hill, Director, Currie & Brown @CurrieBrown
Richard Hill is a long-standing Director of Cost Consultancy and Construction Market Analyst at Currie & Brown - a leading physical assets management and construction consultancy, employing around 2,000 employees across 60 offices globally.
Richard will precis the current economic landscape with an outline evaluation at both a global and UK level. With a focus on London, it will analyse the construction market including the factors influencing growth and inflation. It will give an overview of the outcomes from our initial survey of over 1,000 global decision-makers conducted in September 2025 and contained in the report, “Building certainty in an era of relentless change”. Drawing on this, and the recently launched Currie & Brown Construction Certainty Index, it will provide Currie & Brown’s forward look on the commercial landscape, and summarise the opportunities and key takeaways for the year ahead, including how these might be approached in a manner which controls risk and builds resilience..
