All ISO standards are reviewed every 5 years to check whether revisions are needed. ISO 19650 Parts 1, 2 and 3 have now reached this point. We have learned a lot about how these standards are implemented and received many suggestions for how they could be improved.
The This presentation, from one of the ISO Project Leaders, will summarise the most significant changes that are being proposed, including revisions to terminology and to the information management process. The event will also explain how UK practitioners can provide their comments as part of the public consultation.
This event will be of interest to any clients, asset owners, consultants, contractors or suppliers using ISO 19650 to manage project and asset information, especially those implementing the UK’s Information Management Initiative Framework.
