We are delighted to welcome Holly Watson of Frankham Group and Ruth Haynes of Bureau Veritas, two specialists currently supporting organisations working with the challenges of the Building Safety Act.
With the ongoing evolution of the Building Safety Act and its associated organisations and processes, LCEC members expressed a desire for fresh perspectives, not just on the challenges that they experience, but also to signpost constructive solutions and examples of good practice. In particular, they were keen to hear about positive experiences, effective collaboration between consultants, Building Control and the Building Safety Regulator.
With such a diverse range of issues, this event has been organised with an introductory panel discussion followed by an open-mic question and answer session to capture and address questions as they arise.
Holly will lead out the event by exploring the high-level building safety process with Ruth outlining issues from a Building Control and Regulator perspective.
